1999 People started enjoying the “The Best-tasting BBQ in Town” when Richard & Michelle,
a.k.a. “Ineng” featured their succulent Special Pork BBQ at a Weekend Market at the corner of EDSA and Main Avenue in Quezon City. Ineng’s Special BBQ (ISB) attracted throngs of BBQ lovers within the first hour of its opening sold thousands of BBQs in just a few weeks.
2000 Ineng’s number of patrons grew when ISB expanded its outlets to FTI AANI Weekend Market and the North East Greenhills Bazaar.
2001 To make the Special Pork BBQ and other delicacies available to more prople, Richard & Ineng ventured into the quick service restaurant (QSR) business by opening it’s first branch and a production facility in Cubao, Quezon City. The Main Avenue branch formally opened on December 8, 2001.
2003 Ineng’s Special BBQ solidified its reputation as the “best-seller” and the “most popular “during weekend markets at the Market! Market! Mall In Taguig City and at the Salcedo Park in Makati.
2004 The legendary BBQ became available all week long when Ineng’s Special BBQ launched the first “mall-based” restaurant at the Market! Market! Mall in Taguig City.
2005 The phenomenal success of the first ISB branch at the Market! Market! called for the opening of another restaurant within the same mall on April, 2005 to meet the sudden surge of demand.
2006 Ineng’s Special BBQ delighted BBQ-loving business executives of Makati when it opened it’s branches at Dela Rosa Street and at the Park Square Mall, both are located in the middle of the bustling business district.
2007 – 2009 More Ineng’s Special BBQ restaurants opened in Quezon City, Makati, Alabang and Laguna.
branches drew attention and interest of entrepreneurs who eventually became franchisees of the growing Ineng’s Special BBQ brand.
2010 – 2012 Ineng’s Special BBQ welcomed its first wave of franchisees from the National Capital Region, Ilocos Norte, Batangas and Davao through ISB International Franchising Corporation. The company has since then become a member of the Philippine Franchise Association.
2013-2015 Ineng’s Special BBQ continued to grow giving the people of Davao the chance to enjoy “ the best tasting BBQ in town” with the opening of four branches in the province namely - SM Lanang Premier, Gmall of Tagum, Gmall of Davao, and Gmall of Toril. Ineng’s Special BBQ V-Central Mall in Molino, Cavite opened it’s doors to our “Caviteño” customers and Ineng’s Special BBQ Robinson’s Place Antipolo opening gave the same joy and happiness to loyal and new patrons. Three branches were also successfully opened in Metro Manila receiving overwhelming acceptance from the residents of Fairview, Quezon Ave. and Caloocan with the opening of Ineng’s Special BBQ at, Fairview Terraces, Fisher Mall, and SM Sangandaan.
2016 More localities had been a home to more branches as we opened stores in Mandaluyong, Taytay BBQ enthusisasts.
2017 People in Parañaque welcomed our branch in Sucat at Amaia Steps Sucat and another branch Alabang South Supermarket catered loyal patrons and new customers from Muntinlupa.
2018 Early part of this year provinces of Imus and Calapan launched the newest additions to the family at The District Imus and Nuciti Calapan respectively.
